About Versa-Pac Reusable Hot & Cold Pack

The Versa-Pac can be used for either hot or cold therapy. For cold therapy simply store it in the freezer. For hot therapy, place in boiling water for 10 minutes. To microwave, place immerse Versa-Pac in water and heat on full power for 2 minutes. The reusable gel pack maintains the temperature for up to 30 minutes.
